The Dubuque City Council meets on the first and third Monday of each month in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Historic Federal Building at 350 West 6th Street. The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are broadcast live on CityChannel Dubuque, Dubuque’s local government access channel (117.2 and 8 on the Mediacom cable system). Meetings are also streamed live and archived on the City's website. In the event of a holiday, meetings are held on the following Tuesday.
